DOM view

This notebook ports a notebook by Tom Larkworthy [@tomlarkworthy] called [DOM view](https://observablehq.com/@tomlarkworthy/dom-view). All mistakes and deviations from the original are my own.

A view whose value is a DOM node, and whose view is a container of that value.
